Call for Papers
GCON25 invites prospective authors to submit original research papers (not being considered for publication or not published elsewhere) in standard double-column IEEE conference template describing new theoretical and/or experimental research results in the following broad areas (but not limited to):
Proposed Areas/Tracks
AI, Data Science, Allied Areas and Applications
Communications, Networks, IoT, Green and Renewable Technology
Signal Processing and Multimedia
VLSI, Nanotechnology, Circuits and Systems, Computer Architecture and Embedded Systems
Control System, Power & Energy, Power Electronics
Cryptography, Security and Privacy
Paper Submission Guidelines
Paper Format and Template
Prospective authors are requested to submit full length paper no longer than six (6) pages. Additional charges will be levied for each additional page and must not exceed eight (8) pages. Page limit is inclusive of references. The paper must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in the advancement of scientific and technical knowledge. Please use the standard IEEE latex or word templates. Link for the same is give below.

Papers not adhering to one of the above templates, will be desk rejected.
Review Process
GCON25 will follow the double-blind review process. Please do not include authors details during submission for review. Do not include acknowledgement during submission for review. Avoid other measures such us citing your own paper(s) in a manner which gives out authors identity or posting on pre-print servers such as arxiv. However, if your submitted version or related version is already posted on pre-print servers such as arxiv, it will not impact review decision process. Upon acceptance, you can include authors details, acknowledgement etc. for Camera Ready Submission.
Papers will undergo plagiarism check excluding references and quotes. If substantial overlap is found, papers will be rejected outright.
Conference Proceedings
Accepted papers need to be presented for further submission for consideration to include in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Conference #65540), subject to final decision based on quality of the peer review and technical program development for the Conference by the Technical Program Integrity Committee (TPIC) of IEEE.
