

GCON2025 Student Research Forum (SRF) Guidelines
Event Dates: June 18–20, 2025
Venue: North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh, India
Organized by: IEEE Guwahati Subsection in association with NERIST
1. Objective
The Student Research Forum (SRF) at GCON2025 aims to:
Provide a national platform for early career researchers (UG/PG/PhD students) to present unpublished or published research work for review
Facilitate academic networking and expert feedback.
Inspire interdisciplinary collaboration.
Recognize excellence in student-led technical research.
Provide a platform to attend popular keynotes from experts, tutorials and regular papers.
2. Eligibility
Open to UG, PG, and PhD students currently enrolled in recognized academic institutions.
The first author must be a student and the presenter.
3. Important Points for SRF Submission
Submit poster (template attached) of the unpublished or published research work for review
The publication will not be included in the conference proceedings
A limited number of posters will be accepted for presentation.
Once the poster is accepted for presentation in SRF, student registration is mandatory for presenting the poster in SRF. The registration includes access to GCON2025 sessions, participation certificate, meal, tea/coffee and SRF events.
